Idan Mizrahi and his team were great. Josue was terrific and was able to address all of my questions. I had a full bathroom remodel completed by them. They did all of the demo, electrical, lighting, flooring, plumbing, plastering, paint, removed a poorly placed window and patched it in, and replaced the old prefab shower with a beautiful floor level tile shower my paraplegic son can access. They kept me up to date through every step. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Home Renew 360 Roofing completed a new flat roof on our very tall two story house. From start to finish, the experience as a customer was amazing and and left us quite impressed. First contact was Jamie that called back as we looked for a roofer. Jon Rafuse, project manager, was our next contact. Jon was fabulous, he always made you feel like you were his only and most important customer. He is a great communicator, pays attention to every detail imaginable, follows up constantly, is honest, kind and very pleasant. He's also professional and very thorough. This project seemed so easy and seamless because of Jon. Mike, Jon's supervisor, came out twice. Once at the beginning and once at the end of project to discuss several options for us. He is honest and also quite impressive. As far as the actual workers, Felix, Luis and the many roofers that made this project happen between rain storms, we send our thanks to for all the great work! And finally Mariela that made sure the big delivery conveyor belt rig delivered the materials so none of our Spanish tiles were broken. This team "blew the roof off our house"!! 🙂

My mother's house was in need of multiple repairs and renovations. Erik and Chaim at Home Renew 360 were a pleasure to work with. They thoroughly explained all the work and costs. The work completed included a new roof, exterior painting, replacement of damaged air ducts, new copper piping to replace corroded galvanized steel, new bathtub/shower installation, and replacement of a defective sliding glass door. Chaim did an amazing job coordinating all the work. He kept us informed throughout and quickly replied to any questions. Each of the various teams did a skillful, professional job, worked quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly. My mother and I are very happy with the results.

Idan Mizrachi from Home Renew 360 was most helpful in putting on a new roof a few years ago--quite a big job but it tuned out very well--the 'Cool Roof' is making a dramatic difference in cutting down AC use, and did not leak at all in the heavy rains in the past 2 years. Recently with the intense Santa Ana winds a small segment of the metal apron at the roof edge became detached and he quickly sent a crew out to fix it.

We've used Home Renew 360 for several home improvement jobs this year and are very happy with their service and work. The communication is good and they worked with us personally to make sure our jobs were done the way we wanted. Highly recommended!

AVI Edery was my project manager and I could not have asked for a better person leading the team. I had three projects he was managing going at the same time. He kept the momentum going, while considering our wishes for no work on Saturdays, hours we needed for working at home, etc. He checked in daily and made sure everything was up to my standards. He was on top of it and things were done when he said they would be done. He is honest, funny, kind and just all around really great to work with. We became friends and laughed a lot. He made the process positive and gave it a real family feel. He is picky about his teams and it shows. The painters, roofers, plumber (Josue was amazing), tile guys etc. were phenomenal. There were absolutely no issues and it all looks amazing. There were no surprise charges or modification and overall the price was reasonable. They did not damage anything, cleaned up after themselves and were consistently friendly and polite. I will use AVI and his team again for sure.

In 2019 and 2021 my wife Connie and I had a lot of work done by Home Renew 360. Our salesperson and point of contact throughout the process was Idan Mizrahi "Aiden" The outside of our house was painted, the roof was replaced, carpets were removed and replaced with floor tiles throughout. Our masterbedroom and bath were completely remodeled with subway tile in the bathroom, a brand new shower, and custom built-in furniture. The City of Upland building inspector commented several times on the quality of the work and when completed, said the MBR was the nicest one he had ever seen. Aiden visited the job site many times and really cared about our satisfaction. His professional suggestions greatly improved the finished product, We have not had ant problems with any work that was done by Home Renew 360 until the strongest windstorm I have ever experienced occurred in early January 2025. A few roof tiles on one edge loosened up and were out of place. I called Aiden and he came out the next day which was a Tuesday. On Wednesday, a roofer came out and did a beautiful repair. Home Renew 360 and Aiden are great and i highly recommend them.

BACKGROUND: Prior to reaching HomeRenew, I had spent several weeks (since November!) trying to reach ANY roofer that would come out and take a look at our roof following an issue (and deadline) our home insurance company had presented us with, only to be told every single time that either they "did not service our area" or "only do quotes, not inspections". Even our own go-to roofer - who we had massively tipped for past work - completely ghosted us after weeks of patient conversation and trying to accommodate his schedule. It was, to say the least, extremely frustrating. Kobi at HomeRenew was the first to offer to send someone out to help us even though the same was true for them, which allowed us to get the ball rolling on all of this. PROPOSAL: Jon Rafuse was the project lead who served as our point of contact from this point on, and the first signs that we had found the right team came from the fact that he was UPFRONT, THOROUGH, and DESCRIPTIVE. He took the time to explain the specific concerns that existed with our current roof and how they could be remedied (including inviting us to join him on the roof so we could see those issues in action), pointed out aspects of our roof that did NOT need to be changed or touched (and why they were Good to Go) instead of trying to upsell us as much as possible, and laid out exactly what the team would want to do and what the purpose of every single layer of the work was intended to do. The final cost estimate for the job came in lower than the range we had been given, and additional research with folks who had similar work done proved that we were being charged a fair amount for the work being done. WORK TIMELINE: Jon originally suggested that 2-3 days would be needed for the actual work to be completed after explaining everything that would be performed during the process, but favorable conditions meant that the entire project was completed IN A DAY after starting. Work began/finished on Thursday (January 2nd), passed final inspection with the city on Friday Jan. 3rd, and my wife and I got our own final inspection and signoff today (Sunday, Jan. 5th). The whole timeline from first meeting to final signatures was from December 19th - Jan 5th, just about 2 weeks and inclusive of the holiday season and time needed to get permits/approval from the city. COMMUNICATION: The part I am most thankful for is how extraordinarily patient and responsive Jon was throughout this entire process. As a new homeowner we were curious about how a lot of this works as well as worried about how to prove to our insurance company that we were making the remedies requested, and Jon was more than happy to address any concerns or followup questions we had. He covered every step of what we should expect from his team and the city as part of a certified/approved work experience, and even responded to texts from me after-hours that pertained to cost questions and scheduling confirmations. Jon also took the time to write up an EXTENSIVE email/document with photos, videos, and descriptions of work performed for each step of the process that we could provide to our insurance company as proof of corrective action being taken. We are hopeful this will be more than enough to resolve that, but Jon asked us to keep him in the loop and offered to give additional assistance if the insurance continues to toss us around unfairly. OVERALL: People reading this review are rightfully thinking "what's the catch?", so I'll be honest as well - my wife and I were hoping this would be a cheap $1000-2000 fix, and the reality of our roof situation meant we had to do a homeowner investment that ran us about $11,000 instead. But THIS WAS NOT THE FAULT OF HOMERENEW; we were clearly shown that our existing section of roof would not pass inspection with insurance and why that was (using the portion of roof that IS in amazing condition as reference), and made the personal choice to invest in our home given our plans for the patio in the future. But more importantly than the immediate fix, we were hoping to find a company we could rely on in the future after our original roofer let us down so much, and I think that's the real value we got. Kobi was understanding and empathetic, Jon was informative and responsive, and the actual work process was painless, professional, punctual, and COST APPROPRIATE. If your own trusted contractor is starting to give you unexpected frustration, or if you (smartly) are interested in shopping around to make sure you're getting the best deal/experience, I feel confident recommending HomeRenew. There is no replacement for someone who cares about both what they're doing and keeping you involved and informed along the way, and I hope that my review showcases how impactful that level of attention was for us.

Highly recommend HomeRenew 360 for construction. At the start of the year, we were looking for a contractor to handle the addition of a second bathroom. We contacted HomeRenew360, who sent over Idan Mizrahi to give us an estimate and ultimately be our project manager. We were very happy with the professionalism and communication we got from Idan and everyone on his team, and the quality of the work they did for us was exceptional. Couldn't be happier with the work they did, and as an extra bonus they estimated completion by Christmas, and finished early before Thanksgiving.

Haim and Erik were great to work with for our roofing needs. Erik did as promised and used beautiful pinewood for our patio, and chose great materials. They were both helpful in our communications and answered all the questions I had during the project.

I Recently had the pleasure of working with Idan Mizrahi and Viktor Hohlov, who installed new windows and did a full exterior paint job on my house. From start to finish, they showed true professionalism, exceptional skill, and a genuine commitment to high quality work. First of all, Erik is just a wonderful human who truly cares about his clients -- they are not just his clients, but they become family to him. His communication, promptness, understanding, and patience is second to none. A lot of contractors give off the impression of caring, but Erik truly does, and that shows by his actions and communication, and most of fall, his extreme commitment to making sure the project he is leading is completed to perfection. Thus, second, Erik's attention to detail and expertise is really impressive. He knows so much about construction -- and all the different areas that home improvement and repair entails -- and that was very clear from the moment we started talking with him. Honestly, it was just so reassuring to know that I was working with someone who not only had my best interests at heart, but also knew his stuff! You can feel good about hiring Erik in this way and know that you will taken care of by an expert in the industry. Third, and finally, the work itself was beautiful and perfect. At the end of the day, all we really wanted was to make sure our project was completed to the highest standards -- and, well, it exceeded them. Erik personally came out to our home multiple times to assess and check on the final work, and we were happy with everything. However, Erik noticed something -- that I didn't! -- that was not perfect to his own high standards, and made sure his crew came out for a touch-up, at his own request and expense. That speaks volumes that he did this on his own accord: Erik is a perfectionist, and only hires the most skilled and professional employees. But the fact that he wanted to fix something that I didn't even notice is really amazing. It's who he is. In addition (and unlike other contractors we worked with previously), it should be noted that his team made great efforts to protect our home during construction and clean up so our place was good as new when they left. Again, the entire experience working with Erik and his entire team was as seamless as possible from start to finish. In summary, choosing a contractor can be overwhelming -- and very stressful! It is a really big decision to spend lots of money and make a temporary mess of your home. And, so, as you consider contractors, you are sure to come across other contractors who may make a nice pitch, and even offer a lesser bid. A few years ago, we made the mistake as first time homeowners to go with someone else. It was an enormous mistake. This time, we decided to go with the best-of-the-best: Erik at HomeRenew 360. Home Renew 360 was amazing. Making the right choice is always in the back of your mind when choosing a contractor for any of your home projects. When we contacted HR360, Eric was the representative that came out to our home. He was easy to talk with, he had an assuring manor that made us feel that they were the right choice for us. We allowed them to remodeled our 35 year old kitchen. Ron was assigned to us as our "go to guy" and Mike was our job foreman. We were assured an 8 week completion, which I thought was an awesome turnaround time for our project. We were NOT disappointed. Every aspect of our project was spot-on. There were a couple of hiccups, but they were on top of them in no time.
