Workers did a great job and were very clean! Neighbors commented on how clean the yard was each day. Chaim was always responsive to any questions we had and stayed in touch with us daily! Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

We had Home Renew 360 re-roof our backyard office structure. Mike visited our house and prepared a professional bid. The work was done very soon after contract was approved and the work was completed promptly and in a clean and safe manner. We were very satisfied by the work of Mike and his crew.

UPDATE: Uri, the owner of the business, was kind enough to come down personally to my home to drop off a payment that was owed as part of the contract and also to allow me to air out my grievances about the whole experience. He is very pleasant to deal with (unlike those 2 project managers, Michael and Isaac), and agreed with me about my complaints and that the way I was treated by Michael and Isaac was totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Uri assured me that this was not the way Home Renew 360 conducts their business and that appropriate action would be taken towards those 2 managers. I place the blame solely on them, not on the company, for giving me such a traumatic experience, for doing such a terrible job in explaining things clearly before signing the contract, and for not making me feel comfortable and at ease after I signed. At this point, I still don't know if I was taken advantage of by Michael and Isaac and I was unnecessarily sold a brand new roof, but all I can do now is move on knowing that I am covered with a warranty for 50 years on materials and 10 years on labor. Uri agreed with me that even though it was a verbal agreement when Michael and Isaac said they would repair the damaged bedroom ceiling as part of the roofing contract, it was still an agreement and it should have been honored. He offered to give me additional payment to cover the cost for getting it taken care of myself, which I accepted. He was also generous enough to walk around my yard and pick up the remaining trash and debris left behind by his roofers, which really impressed me. And he removed and hauled away the remaining rain gutters and took care of some other concerns while remaining in constant contact with me. Uri is a real class act and he goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers. I would advise other customers to avoid dealing with Michael or Isaac - shame on them for continuously throwing insults in my face like that, I do not deserve to be treated that way.

Needed a deep rooted palm tree removed that had damaged a retaining brick wall. Project Supervisor Aidan came to assess the job and guaranteed that Home Renew 360 could do the job. He proved to be a man of his word as the tree is gone with no visible signs that it was ever there. Brick wall was brought up to code and repaired to the satisfaction of myself and the neighbor's yard that experienced the most damage. Site was left clean, all rubbish cleared away, and completed in less time that he originally projected. I would come back to this company and I would ask for Aidan and his team, for any future home projects! Much appreciated!
