Amir, the Project Manager gave me a free estimate and included the discount from the free Home Improvement magazine that we get through the mail in the Valley. A full renovation includes so many items. I was delighted to receive help with designing the bathroom from Amir's wife, Meirav. Meirav has an eye for color and design. The team of workers are honest and reliable. They are prompt and hard working. I was so impressed with the quality of the work that I immediately asked Home Renew 360 to insulate my ceilings and paint the interior. Marvin is a genius with paint. I have been recommending this company to all my friends and neighbors.

In 2019 and 2021 my wife Connie and I had a lot of work done by Home Renew 360. Our salesperson and point of contact throughout the process was Idan Mizrahi "Aiden" The outside of our house was painted, the roof was replaced, carpets were removed and replaced with floor tiles throughout. Our masterbedroom and bath were completely remodeled with subway tile in the bathroom, a brand new shower, and custom built-in furniture. The City of Upland building inspector commented several times on the quality of the work and when completed, said the MBR was the nicest one he had ever seen. Aiden visited the job site many times and really cared about our satisfaction. His professional suggestions greatly improved the finished product, We have not had ant problems with any work that was done by Home Renew 360 until the strongest windstorm I have ever experienced occurred in early January 2025. A few roof tiles on one edge loosened up and were out of place. I called Aiden and he came out the next day which was a Tuesday. On Wednesday, a roofer came out and did a beautiful repair. Home Renew 360 and Aiden are great and i highly recommend them.

Just completed some remodeling work with this outfit on my mid century triplex (Stucco repair, painting, bathroom remodel) Viktor, Josue, and their team were consummate professionals during the whole process. They kept me informed, made helpful suggestions, were very courteous to my elderly tenants, and did really good work. We did hit the buzz saw of sometimes capricious city inspectors and they handled it all professionally. A reliable, good quality contractor.

Hired Home Renew 360 for a bathroom renovation (& connecting bedroom painting). I am happy with the end result but dissapointed that it cost a lot more to complete then what was quoted (not including my choice to add on painting the bedroom). The time line was also a little longer over the summer months then I expected. Learning from this experience, I now know to add approximately $8000 more to a construction quote and at least a week more to a project for "unforeseen things" that come up. The project manager Avi and Adam were excellent about checking in and communicating with me throughout the project. Josue and his team of workers were also very good.

I scheduled an appointment with one of the Home Renew 360 project managers, Haim Kohlenberg to get a quote on my house bathroom remodeling. He showed up as scheduled and spent about 2 hours explaining all the available options for the bathroom remodeling. Also, he explained the entire process from the beginning to finish including the required permits. Based on my specific situation, I decided to hold remodeling my bathroom for now, but Haim did a perfect job on walking me through the entire process.

What can I say? We had a fairly involved remodel of 2.5 bathrooms and did some lighting/electrical improvements, house painting, and various "facelift" work. The team was incredible: respectful of our home, communicative, and dedicated to craftsmanship. Every single person who worked in our home was excellent. Even from the initial meeting, there was a stark contrast between Haim and the other representatives from the other companies. During the meetings with the other companies, it felt like ordering a sandwich. They asked me what I wanted, I told them what I wanted, they told me what it costs. During the meeting with Haim, he toured the house with me, and pointed out all sorts of things I hadn't even considered. But not in a pushy upselling way (I've worked sales; I would know!). It felt sincere. Some of the things offered were even done as favors without charge. For example, he noticed that the paint inside of the skylight shaft in our guest bathroom had yellowed, and it was making the whole guest bathroom have a gross looking yellow tint to the light. He pointed it out, we agreed, and upon doing the contracted interior wall painting the crew also painted the skylight shaft white. It looked so much better. There were lots of little things like that, which we would've noticed years from now, that he picked up on immediately. Another great example: the electrician installed string lights around the outside of our house. We thought they looked great, but Haim thought they could look even better, so he had them redone, and we were amazed at how good they looked. You could look at this as very smart business (a worthy investment for referrals, future work, etc), and it is, but I don't think that's *why* he does it. I really think he really, actually, genuinely cares. From the start, Haim was also honest about some things that might not be a good idea, or some things that might have a better alternative in terms of cost-effectiveness or predicted complications. Our house was built in 1940 so we had a lot of reconstruction that needed to be done. We found Home Renew 360 and called as soon as we seen all the many great reviews it had. We called and immediately someone came out to talk to us. We met Idan and Erik who right away helped us to plan what we needed to have done, what the costs were, and approximately how long each job would take. They were very kind and understanding of our situation and wasted no time to begin the work. Amir and his crew did a great job on refurbishing our bathroom after we experienced a leak problem. They are very professional and attentive to details. Will definitely use them again for any repairs or remodeling.

New post! Argo and David came out to help us find how water was leaking through a bathroom window. It was a true mystery but they were determined to figure it out. With hoses upstairs and communicating to each other over the phone they were able to pinpoint it! We now know what to fix to keep the water out!!! I cannot thank them enough!!! Argo was excellent!!! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He was thorough in trying to figure out where our leak was coming from. He was incredibly honest in telling us our roof is actually in pretty good shape and the very small patch job is something we can likely do ourselves. He even walked us through how we might fix it. He acknowledged that we might be having other roofers out and encouraged us not to take their advice that we need to do a huge repapering job. I cannot tell you how much we appreciated this honesty and the way he did not take advantage of us. We will likely be doing some big bathroom remodels in the future and will not hesitate to reach back out. If our roof ever does need to be fixed/replaced we will definitely call. We’ve actually already recommended them to a friend in Orange County.

After our crazy winter of rains, this spring we discovered a widespread mold outbreak in our finished ADU forced essentially a total remodel. We reached out to a few companies for quotes to handle the reconstruction and decided to move forward with HomeRenew 360 - the pricing was a bit higher than the competitors, but the timeline to complete the work was much quicker, which was important to us since we have a had a displaced tenant. Amir was our superb project manager and was very clear and thorough throughout the entire process. He was incredibly responsive, available around the clock for any questions or concerns we had along the way. His team was also great and handled the flooring replacement, kitchen and bathroom remodel and installation of new gutters. They made improvements every step of the way to ensure we avoid another issue in the future, correcting any previous work that was done and working us to improve the space leaving it better than it was before. The team completed the work within only a few weeks and we’re very happy with the finished product. While the project has wrapped, Amir remains available in case anything came up once the tenant returned to the unit. Highly recommend!

We hired Home Renew 360 at first for a complete bathroom remodel, and we are very happy with the results. Customer service from this company was excellent. Remodeling prices are shocking in today's world to be honest, but I believe we got a balanced deal from Home Renew 360. Isaac, Arik, and Ilya were engaged with our project from start to end, and responded quickly to questions and concerns. Isaac made sure to always follow-up, and they persisted in getting city inspection approvals. There were installation hiccups along the way which got resolved to our satisfaction. They brought skilled workers like Juan and many others who did a quality job, paid attention to detail, responded well to feedback, and guided us with the buying of finishing materials. Our bathroom turned out looking very modern and functional. Home Renew 360 also helped us out with additional work to replace old leaking pipes underneath the house, bring connections up to city code in other rooms, install a tank-less water heater, and electrical panel upgrade. This increased project complexity and delayed the remodel completion time, but in my case it improved multiple other concerns we had around the house.

Our aging roof needed replacement. We had 3 estimates. Home Renew 360's estimate was in the middle though almost 30% higher than the lowest estimate. After much consideration, we chose Home Renew 360. We did negotiate with Home Renew 360 for a slightly better price. The estimator and project manager was Chaim Kornberg. The foreman of his team was Marco. Chaim is calm and communicates clearly. He helped us understand the ins and outs of roofing materials, process, and contractor and manufacturer warranties. This was very helpful and might have helped won our business. The contract we signed was clear and in great detail, and laid out the steps of the job and payments along the way. Any updates or changes were executed with a change order. The job was completed on time in 5 working days by Marcos and his team. Marco's team was courteous and easy to work with. Chaim was onsite often to check on the job, to answer our questions, and to collect payments. They did us a favor to install a vent for one of the bathrooms. They also removed a covered patio with an additional cost. There were 2 hiccups. The 1st one was they did not protect inside the garage so tar chips were everywhere. We informed Chaim and he sent someone to blow out the tar chips. The second one was to install a very small strip of flat roof on the built-in storage adjacent to the roof. The team did not do this task. We talked to Claim and he sent people to get it done. Overall, we were pleased with the process and the execution of installing a new roof. Home Renew 360 was professional and responsive, and finished a decent job on time.

I knew once I signed up that I would be receiving a high quality, lasting product (had our bathroom remodeled). WOW! When we purchased our home in 1998, we dreamed about someday remodeling our dated master bedroom and bath. Having good as well as disastrous experiences with contractors over the years, we were cautious about who ton hire. HomeRenew360 was an excellent company to do my remolding. I originally started with remolding a bathroom which came out beautifully. But when I first spoke with Erik and he told me what type of work the company did I had kept that in mind because I also needed termite work done. Jonathan was my project manager and he made everything simple and communicated well. The workers did great work. They cleaned up after each portion of the jobs. I always knew when they would be coming to the house to do work. Erik was very helpful with adding to my contract with termite work and getting my new windows installed. The windows are wonderful. Daniel Michelson and his team have done a great job of managing this re-roofing project for our rental home in Arcadia, Ca 91007. We did a total remodel of a guest bathroom that hadn't been touched since the unit was built about 40 years ago. I have now used Home Remew360 for three different projects. The project manager has always been Aiden Mizrahi and he has always made himself available to discuss any and all issues from price to quality of the work.
The most recent time we used the company was in the last 10 days. The job was to bolt my home to the foundation. Although I found the price to be high the quality of the work was excellent and it passed inspection immediately.
There was an issue with some damage to our A/C duct work but after a few days of discussion he had two men to my home today making all the necessary repairs. They were fast and efficient.
We have asked them to put in additional bids for landscaping our backyard, the remodeling of two bathrooms and a BBQ Island.
All jobs of work around the home have problems but these guys have stood behind the product and workmanship.
You pay more but you get fast reliable service and most times it's worth the extra money.

We just renovated the master bathroom in our condo in Signal Hill. This was the best experience we have ever had remodeling! From the very first meeting with Lucas until the final completion of the job everything has gone smoothly. Our association had multiple requirements that had to be met before work could begin and Lucas and the office staff were quick and responsive, providing all of the necessary documentation when requested. Once work was ready to begin, Lucas turned the job over to be supervised by Adam. These guys really focus on quality work and customer satisfaction. Adam checked in every morning to explain the scope of the work for the day. Each craftsman arrived on time, wore a mask and protected the other guys work as well as our home. The bathroom was small and cramped so in order to get more space a wall had to be extended into the bedroom area and the ceiling raised. From that day until the work was completed, all workers came on time, worked nonstop until lunch, then returned and worked diligently and professionally until the end of their shifts. It was very impressive to see how well organized each crew was. When the work was finished, I was THOROUGHLY satisfied. My central air/heat works perfectly; my roof is beautiful; the paint on the house is flawless; and my bathroom vanity and wall look beautiful. Home Renew 360 did an outstanding job and I would definitely hire them again for any work needed. Avi and Karen are a dynamic team and I appreciated how caring and professional they were.
